212 Degrees Takes Hazleton to the Finals

I am the Head Wrestling Coach at Hazleton
Area High School located in Hazleton, PA.

I just wanted to let you know we used the 212
Movie and 212 as the theme for our high school
wrestling team this past year.

It worked wonders. Our student athletes took our
program to the next level because they believed in
themselves and they believe they could do anything
by putting forth the ONE EXTRA DEGREE!

I just want to thank you as the coach and someone
who became a believer in accomplishing anything
as long as you put your mind to it and belive in
yourself.

Our team this past year won the PIAA District 2 Team
Championships and Individual Championships and
qualified for the PIAA State Team Championships
for the first time in school history.

One of wrestlers won the PIAA State Wrestling
Championships at 189 pounds. He became the first
State Champion in the 40 Year History of the Hazleton
Area School District in any sport.

I just want to say thank you. You made believers in
our program and we believe we can do anything.
